Why is it sooo hard

to not eat the Shells & Cheese that I am making for the kids?? LOL Things have been going well, DH says he hasn't seen me this motivated in a while. I have been doing extra cardio in the mornings and after my evening workouts. I have done real well on the eating, I would say only two unauthorized bites so far this week. Our AC is still out at the office (which really sucks) and that puts me in a cranky mood by 5pm! Since school has started we have been lifting from 8-9pm and I have found that definitely is a plus since I am not home to eat!! Meals as follows:

M1 2 egg whites/1 slice ww toast
M2 Tuna salad on 1 slice ww bread
M3 Same
M4 string cheese and handful of ww dry chex cereal
M5 peanut butter on 1 slice ww bread
M6 chicken breast and salad

1 gallon of water daily

I still haven't lost one freaking pound though!! It is the week of TOM so I am hoping next week I see a loss. PLEASE PLEASE!!

Even though you haven't lost pounds, I bet you lost some inches!!!!!!

I ate some the other night and thought well a little won't hurt. THEN, I read the box. OMG, they're terrible. Oh well, I know now.

Throw scale out the window...now...get up from the computer now and make that thing a projectile into the yard...now!!

Inches baby!! Inches!! I'm sure you're probably making more progress than that stupid scale will tell you so kill it :)
